To ensure the highest quality of service and respect for both our time and that of our clients, we have established the following cancellation and booking policy: Appointment Requirement All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. This allows us to maintain a consistent, personalized experience for each guest. Non-Refundable Booking Fee A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. This fee secures your time slot and is applied toward your total service cost. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, the booking fee will not be refunded or transferred. Cancellation Fee Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled service cost. This balance must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. No-Show Policy Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the total service cost. No further appointments will be accepted until the balance is paid in full. Rescheduling Notice If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
