Founded in 2020 by Nola Deoré, a devoted cosmetologist and barber apprentice, our mission is simple yet powerful: "Let’s straighten that crown." At LovinYou, we specialize in natural hair care, healthy hair maintenance, barbering, protective styling, and hair loss solutions—all tailored to bring out the best version of you. Whether you’re embracing your curls, exploring a new look, or beginning a healing hair journey, we’re here to guide you with expert hands and a heart-centered approach. We go beyond styling—we focus on scalp health, education, and confidence-building. Every service is personalized to support your hair goals, with thoughtful consultations and premium products that nourish from root to tip. SALON POLICIES & CLIENT EXPECTATIONS By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies. **Age Policy** Services are available to clients **14 years and older**. Clients under 18 may require parental consent for select services. **Payment Policy** Accepted payment methods are listed at booking or checkout. We do **not** accept Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, or checks. Payment is required in full prior to completion of services. **Appointment Confirmation** Appointments are **not confirmed** until: • The request is reviewed and accepted • A confirmation is sent • The required deposit is paid If no confirmation is received, there is **no appointment**. **Deposits** A **50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit** is required to secure appointments where applicable. Invoices are sent via Square and must be paid within **2–3 hours**. One reschedule is allowed with at least **24 hours’ notice**. **Timing & Late Policy** A **7-minute grace period** is allowed. After 7 minutes, a **$15 late fee** applies. Arrivals **15 minutes or more late** will be automatically canceled. **Service Time & Pricing** All prices are **starting prices**. Final pricing is determined at the appointment based on hair condition, length, and density. Services may take longer than estimated and cannot be rushed. **Detangling Fee** Clients must arrive detangled. Detangling is **$25 for up to 25 minutes**. Additional time is **$10 per 10 minutes**. **Hair Drop-Off (Install Services)** Hair must be dropped off the **day before** the appointment as instructed. Failure to do so may result in a **$25 prep fee**, rescheduling, or cancellation with deposit forfeited. **Consultations** Hair must be clean, product-free, and fully detangled. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling. **Eyelash Extension Adhesive Policy** For safety, **first-time eyelash extension clients are strongly encouraged to complete a 24-hour patch test** for the adhesive. Clients may **decline the patch test**, but by doing so acknowledge and accept all risks. LovinYou Salon & Spa is **not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities**, as reactions may occur due to factors outside the salon, including aftercare, exposure, or undisclosed sensitivities. **Cancellations & No-Shows** Cancellations require **24 hours’ notice**. Cancellation Policy

LovinYou Salon & Spa 🍷 Thank you for choosing LovinYou Salon & Spa. To ensure the highest quality of service and mutual respect for everyone’s time, please carefully review the following policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and booking procedures: Appointment Requirement All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted to maintain a consistent, personalized experience for each client. Non-Refundable Booking Fee (Deposit) A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and will be applied to your total service cost. If your appointment is canceled due to client-related issues (including late arrival, failure to drop off hair, or other policy violations), the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. Late Arrival Policy 15 minutes late: A late fee will be added to your total. 20 minutes late: Your appointment is automatically canceled, and the deposit is forfeited. You must reschedule with a new deposit. Cancellation Fee Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. The deposit will not be returned, and the card on file will be charged for the remaining balance. This balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. No future appointments will be accepted until the balance is paid in full. Rescheduling Notice Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Short-notice reschedules will be treated as cancellations and require a new deposit. Fixes & Adjustments You have up to 36 hours after your appointment to contact us about any concerns. Adjustments will be offered only if the concern is reasonable and directly related to the original service. We reserve the right to determine what qualifies for a complimentary adjustment. By booking an appointment, you agree to all terms outlined above. These policies are in place to protect the quality of service for each client and ensure fairness and professionalism across every booking.
